Today was a day of new beginnings for my Uncle Danny. He was admitted into Sunrise Cottages for care.
For those of you who are not familiar with Sunrise, it is several cottages set up like regular homes and staffed with many caring people to support and care for our loved ones suffering from alzhiemers disease. It was the hardest thing my Aunt and their kids have ever had to do! A day of hope, a day of resignation, and a day of heartache. God Bless my dearest Uncle Danny in his new home.

I hope Danny meets lots of new friends and just thrives in his new home. Brianna took care of a neat group of guys when she worked there. It's a good place, he'll be well taken care of !
